We facilitate a network of family support groups across Scotland. These groups are for relatives, partners and friends who are affected by a loved one’s drugs misuse. We provide a welcoming and non judgemental environment for sharing stories and experiences. We also provide information to friends and families, to help them support their relative and to help themselves. We do this through our Helpline webchat, phone and email service. We provide direct 1-1 professional suppport via our Telehealth Service available for family members who cannot access services due to being rural and remote either geographically or physically. Our Telehealth service is provided either via phone or via our online Telehealth platform providing face to face video contact,, webchat or peer support through online forums. We also provide counselling support services for individuals who have lost a loved one as a result of a drugs related death within the last 3 years. All services are accessible via contacting the Helpline.
